Apparently, somehow someone accidentally published the entire plot for tomorrow's Merlin Finale. And since it seems to fit with all legit spoilers - dialogue teasers, promos etc - it looks accurate.
Will not spoil here but will just say: after this Season has raised my expectations, I did expect so much more. Le Sigh. :/

IKR! Don't sound too exciting. Maybe there'll be some good Arthur moments though *sigh*

I think there will be, I mean there were in last year's Finale, too. Only then I had less expectations because the Season pretty much sucked. This year, I was so happy and enthusiastic and once again, the Finale is shit.

And it is the one that leaves the last impression before a yearlong hiatus. If they eff up an ep in-between, no biggie, but the Finale should be the highpoint. Urgh.

I know! At least this season i can calm myself down rewatching good eps. But why are they so afraid to let Arthur to get a little more of a role on this show is beyond me :(

Ugh. I've only read the few major spoilers on ontd_merlin. Wow. Errr. Yeah. No. Not going to work for me.

I'll just wait for the episode and the reactions. It's a bit sad, that once again the finale seems to be the worst episode of the whole season.

I know, right? And it's the one that stays with you for the whole freaking year before the show returns. Why, oh why, must they retroactively sully what has been a pretty kick-ass Season so far? Okay, I wasn't too enamored with last week's already but they could have salvaged that.

And on top of things, once again, they pretty much screw up the exact same things. Which, I guess, should come as no surprise since they are also doing pretty much the exact same plot as last year. Yeesh.

As for their touted "cliffhanger", good god, I couldn't care less. *headdesk*

I must be one of those few who managed to hear or see a thing...care to direct me so that I can be spoiled?

You can find it here

Really, really do not like them. :(

Well, the summary really doesn't make me happy. Maybe the actual episode will look better...I loved the entire season so far. Sure, some things I didn't like but overall, I totally loved it. But I had been hoping Arthur would finally find out about Merlin's magic because this is getting a bit old by now...hm...let's wait and see! Thanks for the link! :)

I am disappointed, but sadly, not even a little bit surprised. I think I have lost faith in all TV.

I think I'm disappointed more because I went into this Season with zero expectations - in fact, the first three eps aired while I was on vacation and I didn't even remember it - but when I started watching, it was so good, gave me the old squee vibe back. Had been hoping they would end in the vain they started but it's the same stupid Finale formula with the same lame-ass tropes as every year.

Oh well, at least this year, unlike last one, I had a majority of eps I liked.

I think I have lost faith in all TV.

I know what you mean. Either I have started masochistically connecting to characters I just know are not the writers pets and therefore will be screwed over or I'm totally out of tune with todays writers.

Can't remember this happening so much when I was younger. Maybe I went for the Mary Sues back then? Though my taste in characters actually haven't changed much and I'm reasonably sure I would have favoured back then who I favour now.
