It just won't stop snowing outside, probably 2-5 centimeters in the last hour or so. Just now, I saw a car get stuck in the middle of the street right in front of our house. Where I live, they only de-snow and salt the main street, you're off on your own everywhere else. And even the main street (which I can see from the upstairs front windows) is white because the people responsible can't be everywhere at once fast enough and I've heard the salt is getting rare. Oh boy.

If this keeps up, I will not be in to work tomorrow. Not only would I probably not even get out of your yard but I have to take some serious and dangerous bends and twisting roads, not to mention that the industrial area where our office building is situated, very much including our parking lot, is pretty much like the street in front of my home, left to itself in winter. The whole drive is one death trap waiting to happen.

Man, I'd like this weather to be over now.

Meh. I wish I was stuck because of the snow, but it doesn't snow that much in Berlin. Plus I only need 8 minutes to go to work with the U-Bahn so I can't really fake it...

But I agree with you: I'd like for this weather to be over! Actually, the entire winter would be cool too. :)

Right, that doesn't work out so well. And of course I did happen to stay at home today because wheather was crazy. Which means more work tomorrow. Joy. :/

And I read that things will stay this way probably all throuough February. Fantastic. Not.

It cracked me up a bit that they showed "Day after Tomorrow" last night on TV. Kind of symbolic right now. :)
